Who makes the jewelry?
Kirsty makes every piece by hand and packs and ships each order herself. The shop is named for her late grandfather in Johannesburg, who called her "lovebird".
Are the pieces ready to ship, or made to order?
It depends on the piece. Each piece page says whether it is in stock or made to order. If you are not sure, ask on the contact page and Kirsty will tell you.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $5 for your order.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 14 days to return an order. Get in touch through the contact page and Kirsty will sort it out with you.
Can I ask for a custom piece?
Yes, and Kirsty loves doing them. Share your idea with a description, sketches or inspiration photos. She will look it over and send you a quote, usually within a few days. If you love it, she gets making, and you will see it before it ships. Start on the Custom page.
What are the pieces made of, and what if I have sensitive skin?
Each piece page lists its materials. If you have sensitive skin or a question about a specific metal, ask on the contact page before you order and Kirsty will give you a straight answer.
